In a recent event, Humayun Saeed made a surprising revelation about the film’s budget, stating, “We didn’t spend an extravagant amount only 28 crores PKR.” He emphasized that, unlike big-budget projects, the focus was on quality rather than excessive spending. “Our dramas also operate on modest budgets, but we ensure the output feels premium. When people watch ‘Love Guru,’ it should feel like a 100-crore film,” he added.

Humayun also addressed the challenges facing Pakistan’s film industry, particularly the limited number of cinema screens. He pointed out that blockbusters like Punjab Nahi Jaungi, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, and Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad succeeded despite releasing on just 100-120 screens. “Imagine the business potential if we had more screens!” he remarked.
