Today at Adiala Jail, the founder of PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf), Imran Khan, was allowed to meet with close family members and trusted colleagues. According to sources, his sisters Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan, and Noreen Niazi visited him today. Additionally, prominent figures like Salman Sadiq, Zahoor Abbas Chaudhry, Malik Ahmed Bachhar, Senator Ali Zafar, Naim Panhotra,Barister Gohar, Niazullah Niazi, and Ali Bukhari also received permission to meet Imran Khan. His wife, Bushra Bibi, was allowed to see him, but Deputy Speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Sryia Bibi, was turned away and sent back.

Lawyer and chairman of PTI, Barister Gohar Ali Khan, spoke to the media and emphasized that meeting with his sisters was very important for Imran Khan. Meanwhile, regarding the recent Pakistan-India tensions, he stated that when Pakistan responded, the world took notice. India itself acknowledged that Pakistan targeted 26 locations, and even confirmed the loss of Rafale fighter jets. He added that India’s arrogance has been shattered, and the nation’s pride has been restored. For the first time, a Muslim country has made its mark on the world stage.

Barrister Gohar stressed the internal situation of Pakistan, saying that the ceasefire with India has been achieved. Now, he believes, the country also needs a political ceasefire. Most importantly, he urged that the leader of the country’s largest political party should not be kept in jail anymore.
