Celebrities infuse the Oscars with color, glitz, and glamour.

"talk and trend",

Kristen Stewart walked the Oscars red carpet in shorts, and Timothee Chalamet went naked on Sunday, as celebs returned in full force for Hollywood’s big night out following Covid-19’s seismic changes.

Following last year’s smaller-than-usual Oscars, held in a train station due to the epidemic, Sunday’s unconstrained Oscars glamour at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre featured an abundance of pastel hues punctuated by brilliant flashes of gold.

Jessica Chastain, who won the Academy Award for best actress for her portrayal of American preacher Tammy Faye Bakker, stunned the red carpet crowd in a two-toned Gucci gown. At the same time, actress Lupita Nyong’o’s glistening golden gown also drew attention.

As the ceremony drew near, more of the evening’s greatest stars walked down the red carpet dressed in beautiful couture gowns. Stewart, a Best Actress nominee, wore the black shorts as part of her Chanel ensemble with fiancee Dylan Meyer.

She stated that portraying the late Princess Diana in Spencer elicited some surprising emotions. “It made me feel six feet tall and, like, thrilled,” she explained to cable network E!. “She’s cool, enjoyable, and affects you.”

Chalamet, who stars in Dune, likewise exposed some skin, wearing simply a cropped, glittery blazer with dark slacks, boots, and no top. Jason Momoa, who previously played in the Academy Award-nominated Dune, wore a blue-and-yellow pocket square to show his support for war-torn Ukraine.

Kirsten Dunst, accompanied by her fiancé and co-star Jesse Plemons, picked a ruffled red gown for the night in which she may win the Academy Award for best actress in a supporting role.

Jamie Lee Curtis entered the red carpet wearing a neck-high, sparkly Stella McCartney gown earlier in the day.

Curtis revealed that she would pay a special homage during the ceremony to late television and film star Betty White, who died on December 31, just a few weeks shy of her 100th birthday.

“I’m wearing Stella McCartney, who, like Betty White, is an animal rights champion,” Curtis told ABC. “It seemed like the ideal approach to do the walk while also talking.”

Saniyya Sidney, the young actress who played tennis great Venus Williams in the Academy Award-nominated film King Richard, looked stunning in an Armani Prive gown embellished with floral designs.

“We chatted about guys, previous boyfriends,” she said of her meetings with tennis legend Williams on cable channel E! “We discussed school and what it was like growing up in Compton.”
