Pakistani drama actress Syeda Tuba Anwar recently shared details of an unfortunate incident that happened during her trip to the United Kingdom, where her newly purchased iPhone was stolen through a clever street scam.

Tuba Anwar revealed the story while appearing on a private TV show, where she spoke about the shocking experience. According to the actress, she had traveled to London after several years to spend her holidays and was extremely excited about the trip. During her stay in the UK, she also bought a brand-new iPhone, which made her very happy.

The actress explained that the incident happened when she was sitting at a bakery and café with a friend. While they were enjoying their time there, a girl suddenly approached their table and pointed toward the cookies. Tuba assumed that the girl might be asking for a cookie, so she offered to give her one.

However, the situation quickly turned into a scam. Tuba Anwar said that the girl placed a piece of paper on top of her phone, and with the help of another accomplice, managed to steal both the iPhone and the cookie in a matter of seconds. The theft was carried out so smoothly that she did not realize immediately that her phone had been taken.

She said she only noticed the theft when her sister arrived and asked what had happened. When Tuba tried to find her phone, it was already gone. The incident left her deeply shocked, and she said she could not leave the house for several days afterward. Later, her sister bought her another iPhone, helping her gradually return to normal life.
