Pakistani actress Hina Afridi has responded firmly to critics who targeted her over viral videos from her Nikah ceremony, particularly regarding her jewelry and certain moments from the event that circulated widely on social media.

During a recent appearance on a television program, Hina Afridi was asked about the criticism she faced after clips from her Nikah surfaced online. One of the questions raised during the show was about the negative comments people made about the jewelry she wore on her wedding day. In response, the actress made it clear that such criticism does not affect her.

Hina Afridi stated that if people did not like her jewelry, that was their problem, not hers. She explained that during wedding ceremonies, the bride and family are extremely busy with traditions and celebrations, leaving little time to check social media or read online comments. According to her, she did not even open social media during those days.

The host also mentioned a viral video from the Nikah event in which Hina Afridi appeared to be jokingly asking her husband for certain things, including a monthly allowance of 500,000 rupees and business-class travel. Addressing the clip, the actress said that every woman has the right to ask her husband for whatever she wants.

She further added humorously that people only heard what was said on camera, and if they knew what she asked her husband off camera, they might be even more surprised. Her response highlighted her confidence and her refusal to let online criticism overshadow her personal happiness.
