Google unveils Bard as a last-ditch effort to defeat Chat GPT, a desperate attempt by the internet giant.
Chat GPT has brought everyone together with its legendary chat bot A.i, which has captured everyone’s attention since its introduction.
Since its inception, Google intended to introduce a competitor, but no one anticipated that they would do so so quickly.
Bard will be utilized by testers before to its release to the general public in the coming weeks, according to the company. Bard offers a comparable service, but Google had to invest in Chat GPT due to the business market’s present growth.
Google did not invest a great deal of effort in the development of the Bard, as it is based solely on the existing huge language model Lamda, which one engineer described as “being so human-like in its responses that he assumed it was intelligent.”
In addition, the IT giant that laid off hundreds of employees a few days ago owing to the economic slowdown has also revealed new AI tools for its current search engine.
AI chatbots respond to user queries and locate accurate information. Chat GPT is now the best example because it has captivated everyone’s attention and also passed the university examination.
Chatbots collect all of the Internet’s knowledge and provide you with the requested, authentic data.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai wrote in a blog post, “Bard wants to integrate the richness of the world’s knowledge with the power, intelligence, and creativity of our massive language models.”
Mr. Pichai emphasized that he wanted Google’s AI services to be “brave and responsible” but did not expand on how dangerous or abusive content would be stopped from being shared by Bard.
“AI can be useful in these circumstances by synthesizing thoughts for questions with no correct answer,” he stated.
“Soon, you’ll notice AI-powered Search features that condense complex material and different perspectives into easy-to-digest formats, allowing you to rapidly grasp the broad picture and learn more from the web.”
Since the unveiling, there have been rumors that Microsoft may introduce Chat GPT to its Bing search engine.
