She also discussed her nikah and dowry arrangements, saying she initially wanted a very simple ceremony with a modest mahr of around 5,000 to 7,000 rupees. However, her husband reportedly offered financial security, including millions of rupees and property, which she declined. Eventually, the nikah agreement settled on a mahr of 1 million rupees, although she was not fully in favor of a high amount.
According to her, the ceremony was kept very simple, focusing more on trust and relationships rather than wealth or material gifts. She mentioned that only two gold rings were given as gifts—one for her and one for her daughter.
