Indian actress Sonali Raut has made startling revelations about the conditions inside the reality show Bigg Boss Marathi 6, claiming that the environment was extremely unhygienic and unsafe for contestants.
According to Sonali, the house was infested with cockroaches in the kitchen and rats roaming freely, making it difficult to live in such conditions. She stated that these issues severely affected her health, eventually forcing her to leave the show. The actress, who had also appeared in Bigg Boss 8, said this experience was far worse than her previous stint.

After exiting the show, Sonali Raut reportedly took legal action against the makers, accusing them of keeping contestants in an unhealthy environment. In a video shared on social media, she described the situation as a “nightmare,” revealing that poor hygiene led to skin infections and other health problems.
She further claimed that basic facilities were inadequate. According to her, 17 contestants had to share a single washroom, which was often dirty and filled with smoke. She also alleged that participants were forced to share personal items such as towels and razors, increasing the risk of infections.
Sonali added that the glamorous image of reality television hides a darker side, where contestants struggle with hunger, lack of sleep, and poor living conditions. She emphasized that entertainment should never come at the cost of health and safety.
Her claims have sparked concern and debate on social media, with many questioning the standards maintained in reality TV productions.
