Mominah Iqbal’s Sister Announces Legal Action Against Saqib Chadhar

Pakistani actress Mominah Iqbal’s sister, Ramsha Iqbal, has announced that she will file a new application against political figure Saqib Chadhar in the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). The case has gained public attention after recent developments and statements shared with the media.

Speaking to reporters, Ramsha Iqbal said she is thankful for the registration of an FIR against Saqib Chadhar, calling it a major step forward in their case. She also appreciated Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for what she described as a neutral and fair approach, which led to the FIR being registered.

According to her, the FIR confirms that their allegations were true and supports their stance. She added that she will submit another formal application on Monday as part of further legal proceedings and will continue to pursue the matter without any pressure.

Ramsha Iqbal also claimed that serious threats were made during the dispute, including messages warning her and her sister not to proceed with a marriage, otherwise they would face harm. She said these threats were sent through voice notes.

She further expressed concerns about the investigation process, saying that questioning has not been handled fairly and that they feel they are being treated as if they are the accused instead of the victims.

Ramsha also alleged that a social media campaign was launched against her and her sister, which made the situation more difficult for them. She demanded that all allegations made by the opposing side be proven with evidence in court.
