In a heartfelt and emotional video message, Mahmood directly addressed the YouTube community, stating, “I am making this request with a sad heart to all YouTubers who have started their channels: please do not come to me. I do not need you, nor do I need your financial help.”
He strongly objected to how some creators have framed his interviews, alleging manipulation for clicks. “You are using me for your views and tactics. You are presenting me as helpless and asking for financial assistance,” he said. Mahmood clarified that while he gave general interviews about his health, the headlines and presentation were twisted to paint a misleading picture.
“You are portraying me as a beggar, even though I have not asked anyone for a single penny,” he emphasized, adding that such representation damages his dignity. He reassured everyone that he is on the path to recovery, crediting his doctors and faith.
The actor, known for speaking his mind on social and media issues, urged respect for his privacy and reputation, concluding with a firm request for digital creators to refrain from visiting or misrepresenting his situation for content.
