Pakistani actress and social media influencer Sanam Chaudhry has given hope to fans about a potential return to television dramas with one important condition: she would only come back if she can wear the hijab on screen.
The former actress, who stepped away from showbiz years ago after marriage and spiritual growth, recently engaged with fans in an Instagram Q&A session. When asked if she would consider returning to acting, Sanam replied:
“I could return if the drama has a message that brings people closer to Allah, and if I’m allowed to work within my boundaries with full hijab.”
Fans celebrated her response, with many praising her commitment to faith. One supporter wrote, “A comeback with hijab and strong values would be amazing!” while another said, “Our industry needs more positive role models like Sanam.”
Sanam Chaudhry, now a mother of two and a student of Islamic studies, frequently shares Quranic verses and religious messages with her 2.6 million followers. While she hasn’t confirmed any projects yet, her openness to a meaningful return has sparked excitement.
