However, she has now revealed that she separated from her husband in 2019. According to Anoushay, she kept the news hidden from the public because of her mother’s severe illness.

She explained:

“I didn’t want people to focus on my divorce while meeting my mother, whose health was already fragile. That’s why I chose not to share such a big decision with the media.”

Anoushay further said that aside from her mother, she didn’t want anyone else to talk about it either. During that time, she focused on healing emotionally, which is why she is now able to speak about it openly.

The actress added that after her mother passed away in 2021, things became even more difficult, but her entire family stood together and supported each other through the tough phase.
