The evergreen actor talks to Talk And Trends about his inspiration, life motto, and latest projects…
Q: If Sohail wasn’t an actor, what would he be?
SS: Probably a businessman or photographer something that still lets me explore and tell stories, just in a different way.
Q: A motto you live by?
SS: Do good, stay humble, and let your work speak for you.
Q: Where does the inspiration for your acting come from?
SS: From observing people real-life emotions, struggles, and little details. Every character I play has a piece of someone I’ve seen or known.
Q: What would your typical Saturday night look like?
SS: Relaxing at home with close friends or family, maybe good food, a movie, or go play Padel. I’m not a party all night type.
Q: Three songs you are listening to these days on repeat?
SS: Depend on my mood, but usually a mix of soulful tracks, something upbeat, and maybe a classic throwback.
Q: Three red flags in a girl for you?
SS: Dishonesty, arrogance, and lack of respect for others.
Q: Are you too evil like Aamir in real life?
SS: Haha, not at all! Aamir is just a character in drama Dayan. In real life, I’m the opposite, I value kindness and peace.
Q: If you get a chance to meet Nihaal again, will you kill her again or spare her?
SS: I’d spare her this time — audiences have suffered enough with Aamir’s cruelty!
