Pakistani showbiz actress and former Miss Pakistan, Arij Chaudhry, has described one-sided love as a waste of time.

Recently, Arij appeared as a guest on a private TV channel’s program, where she shared her thoughts on various topics.

Speaking about unrequited love, she explained why she avoids situations where someone might express love for her. She said that she has never engaged in one-sided love herself, considering it a waste of time, and prefers to keep things clear from the beginning.

Arij added that she never allows anyone to reach a point where they could express their feelings for her. If she senses that someone has emotions for her and she is not interested, she distances herself in time.

According to her, it is not right to break someone’s heart. She believes in respecting others’ feelings, and if she notices someone becoming serious, she clarifies the situation and separates herself. She revealed that because of this approach, no one has ever directly expressed love to her.
