Faisal Rahman Claims His Dimple is More Famous Than Hania Aamir

Veteran actor Faisal Rahman has stirred up quite a conversation with his recent statement claiming that his dimple is more famous than fellow actor Hania Aamir.

During a candid podcast interview, the seasoned actor opened up about his experiences in the film industry, his unfulfilled Bollywood dreams, and his views on working across borders.

Rahman revealed that in his early years, he often traveled to India where his uncle lived. “In the 1980s, getting a visa for India was easy. I used to spend one to one-and-a-half months there, auditioning for films and exploring opportunities,” he shared.

However, he faced consistent rejection due to his Pakistani identity. “Even back then, Indian filmmakers hesitated to cast me because I was from Pakistan,” Rahman recalled.

He also touched upon his childhood wish to be adopted by his uncle to pave a way into Bollywood—a request that was outright denied without explanation.

On the topic of cross-border work, the actor expressed a pragmatic view: “There should be no issue working in any country. If we can work in the U.S., Dubai, or elsewhere, why not India?” He acknowledged, though, that the current political climate has made such opportunities rare.

The most light-hearted yet talked-about moment came when he said, “My dimple is more famous than Hania Aamir. She is relatively new in the industry, while I’ve been here for years. Even older women admire my dimple!”
